SHIPPING

  • All orders ship within 2-7 business days. We're working to shorten that period!
  • All order's ship with a tracking number.
  • We are not responsible for USPS delayed or lost packages. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@howardsoapcompany.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution
  • Orders are shipped via USPS with domestic shipping rates.
  • We currently do not ship internationally.

LOCAL PICKUP

  • If you would like to pickup your order to avoid paying shipping please leave me a message in the order notes or send me an email. Your shipping will be refunded and we will arrange a pickup time.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

  • We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

  • If you want to exchange a product due to the fact that the scent is just not your favorite, we will allow you to return if unused but you will have to pay to ship the unwanted product back to us, and pay additional shipping  to have the desired product shipped to you.

WHOLESALE

  • YES we do offer wholesale for retailers! Email us for a full catalog.
